If you want the best Colombian almuerzos in queens, look no further, this place is top notch when it comes to their soups and side dishes for the lunch specials, if your a big boy like me get the large, the staff is very friendly and very attentive. Pollos Marios is not it anymore find you a little gem like this i guarantee you won't regret it!

My go to spot for home cooked Colombian food. You can't beat this no frills small business owned by a hard working lady she runs a small establishment with daily specials. The plates are large enough for two people or someone with a hearty appetite. For under $10 I am assured a lunch with my favorites being the sopa de pecho or the lomo asado. They also have blanquillos (white beans) with some of their specials which I actually enjoy even more. Pre-CoVID community tables in this small place was the norm. Now take out; delivery and a couple of tables outside are available. Again it's no frills but it's like you went your aunts house for a meal. I enjoy it and it saves me time cooking and sometimes comes out even cheaper than cooking. Call ahead to reduce your wait time.

Ok - soooooo I'll start by saying this SMALL non spacious LOL restaurant has AMAZING food. IDC how small this place is - I will keep coming back. Eating at this place is like eating at my mommas house - delishhhhhh. I have been here several times and it's never a disappointment Their plates are typical colombian plates. Carne asada with rice, beans, salad and sweet plantain. Or bandeja paisa. Orrrrr juicy grilled chicken with lentils, rice, salad and sweet plantain. Right now I just finished eating their soup of the day - fish soup & my sides are rice, salad and breaded fish Nice and healthy. It was AMAZINGGGGGG A perfect meal that doesn't leave you feeling all stuffed. On top of making you feel like you're eating a home cooked meal - their prices are super AFFORDABLE. I just paid $18 for two (2) orders of what I mentioned above and the portions are just right! Oh yea - and when you eat in - their service is excellent. This is a must eat for anyone looking for authentic Colombia food. The food is Delicious and budget friendly. Will definitely here again!

This has got to be the smallest seating capacity restaurant but with the best Colombian style home food. Everything they cook is delicious and better than many fancy Colombian Restaurants in the area. Their food consists of typical dishes and for me their Bandeja Paisa is the best. Try their Chuleta Empanizada and you will love it like I do. The best part is that their food is very inexpensive. Enjoy Brisas Del Valle!

Oh my god I love this restaurant. It seems like I was back in Palmira, Valle Colombia eating some of my mom's food. It's small and cozy, and being in the cold outside, having a vegetable soup was incredible. La comida está riquísima como si fuera en casa.. delicioso todo y banana la gente..

Love this place great Colombian food and affordable there is limited seating but so worth it

We were in the neighborhood for my Dr.'s Appointment and we saw this tiny place that was packed so we decided to try this place. Well we weren't disappointed! We ordered the Grilled Chicken that came with salad, rice and beans. When it was served to us the amount of food was unbelievable. The food was quite good as well and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed their food so much that we ordered more to bring home. My only regret is that I wish we lived closer!

I think this place is one of the best Colombian food I have ever had. It's home cooking at its best. It's fresh and the portions are huge. They have daily specials which come with soup and a entree for $7. They serve u huge portions of food that if u like u don't need to get them together just get one or the other $3 for soup and $4 for the entree. The service is great also. Doña Amparo is so nice.
